Topics for discussion will include some aspects of clones, viticulture, winemaking, soils and climate with speakers Dr. Andy Walker, UC Davis Plant Breeding Center and Dr. Jean-Jacques Lambert, Assistant Research Soil Scientist, UC Davis.
Nancy A. Smith, Assoc. Project Director North Coast, The Nature Conservancy California, will review scope and objectives of the ongoing study of the Navarro River Watershed and present the results of a third year of study.
Tasting Panels will explore single vineyard expression and diversity of soil types in the Valley.

A light breakfast of savory custards, fresh fruit, coffee cake and local juices and featuring Big River Coffee will be served.
The daylong session also includes a delightful repast in the Fairground's Redwood Grove prepared by Boont Berry Farm and a selection of local wines.
